Guest Policy

• A guest or guests may be invited to play by any person holding a class of membership in the SRTC that includes a Guest Privilege Pass.

• A guest is defined as any person who is not a resident of Smoke Rise and not a member of the club. Under no circumstances is a resident of Smoke Rise to be considered a guest.

• A member must, at all times, be playing on the same court with the guest or guests.

• Guests are not allowed to play in Club tournaments or events (including Pickleball Open Play).

• No non-member can be a guest at the club more than three times per month.

• Members must enter guest information in the logbook at the clubhouse/Sleepy Hollow.

• Abuse of guest privileges will be referred to the Board of Directors for appropriate action. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to all Club Rules and Regulations and the Code of Conduct.
